What is your reservation confirmation, deposits, and guarantee policy?
We require first night’s stay plus tax as a deposit, charged to a credit card at the time the reservation is made.

What is your cancellation policy?
A deposit is fully refundable up until seven days prior to arrival, after which time it becomes non-refundable.

Do you provide any special services?
To ensure your enjoyable stay at Kenwood Inn and Spa, we do our best to accommodate special requests. There is a wine bar, restaurant and spa on the premises. There is concierge service. We also offer special packages and gift certificates.

What are the hours of the restaurant and wine bar?
The restaurant is open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Terrace dining is available during warm weather. The wine bar is open daily from 5:00pm to 10:00pm.

What are your rates?
We have three seasons, November through March, April through June, and July through October. Summer and fall are considered peak seasons, and we suggest making reservations at least six weeks prior to your visit. Please refer to our Accommodations page for rates and to our Specials and Packages page for quiet season, online specials.

Can I check in early?
We do not guarantee a room for check in until 4:00pm; however, a guest may check in as soon as the guestroom is ready. Luggage storage is available.

How do I pay for my room and other charges?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept checks and cash.

Can you accommodate guests with disabilities?
We have one room with grab bars in the bathroom.

Is the Kenwood Inn and Spa a good choice for children? 
The Inn and its activities are designed for adults. 

Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, we are unable to allow pets.
